VILLA NUBIA – TRAPANI AREA Situated close to the ancient town of Trapani on the West coast of Sicily, Villa Nubia is a beautiful seaside property with private swimming pool and stunning views of the sea. The villa sits on the edge of the Saline di Trapani (saltpans) nature reserve where you will find a landscape dotted with windmills, mountains of salt and migrating birds (particularly flamingos) stopping over on their way to Africa. The location is ideal for exploring the enchanting towns of Trapani, Marsala and Erice, the Egadi Islands (reachable by boat), the popular beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve and the temples of Segesta and Selinunte. The 300 square meter villa develops over one level. The villa composes of a large living area with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a dining area with table and chairs. Next to the living area, you will find a separate sitting room with comfortable seating and access to the garden, and a well-equipped kitchen with doors to an outside eating area. There are also three double bedrooms, each with double bed and with en-suite bathrooms (with shower).
