About me :
I live in a country house about 5 kilometers from the Roman city of Mérida, in the south of Spain. I currently have a health problem that prevents me from exercising physically. I am 44 years old and I have lived in places like Holland, Ireland and Germany, so I still speak some English and a little German, so I am a sociable person, and accustomed to living with people of different nationalities.
About the house:
It is perfectly connected and a very calm and affectionate dog also lives in the house and eventually, small birds that she raised at home when they fall from their nests! The house is divided into two floors, the lower one is a small workshop-warehouse and the house is the upper one. Your room is about 6 square meters, but there is more space in the house available, that is not a problem. There is no problem parking either...there are no parking meters here or anything like that. About the type of person I offer the place to:
This place is perfect for a calm person, who escapes from the crowds, at least on a daily basis, and who is clean, tidy and likes nature. The only thing I ask is that that person come approximately once a week to pick up the purchase (regardless of their own), for the health reason indicated above. (The nearest supermarket is less than ten minutes away).

Über mich: Ich wohne in einem Landhaus etwa 5 Kilometer von der römischen Stadt Merida entfernt, im Süden Spaniens. Zum Haus: Es ist perfekt kommuniziert und im Haus lebt auch ein sehr ruhiger und anhänglicher kleiner Hund und schließlich kleine Vögel, die ich zu Hause aufziehe, wenn sie aus ihren Nestern fallen! The Haus ist in zwei Stockwerke unterteilt, das untere ist ein kleines Werkstattlager und das obere ist das Haus. Ihr Zimmer ist there 6 Quadratmeter large, aber est mehr Platz im Haus zur Verfügung, das ist kein Problem. Es gibt auch no Problem mit dem Parken. . . es gibt no Parkuhren oder ähnliches.
