The rooms are spacious and have generous wardrobe and shelf space, large desk and chair. We have fast unlimited wireless broadband throughout the house.
Large shared dining room and lounge with large TV with BT vision, and big modern fully-equipped kitchen, Miele appliances and laundry room with new washing machine and including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared areas cleaned weekly and front and back gardens maintained.
The shared bathrooms are well appointed with power-shower and large bath.
Spacious garden with large patio area, off road parking and covered space to store a bike.
Good local facilities, we are midway between (and walking distance to) Bromley town centre and Chislehurst village in a friendly and safe neighbourhood. We are five minutes walk to Elmstead Woods BR station - so an ideal location for commuters - and the 314 bus runs past the door.
