This 1,884 sq ft townhome has 4 nicely-furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathroom; perfect for family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood gated community called Crystal Cove Resort.

Crystal Cove is a lovely community located only 20 minutes from the Disney World Complex and minutes to many other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. And a short drive to major superstores such as Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls. Spend an afternoon golfing or drive to the coast to one of Florida’s beautiful beaches. What’s best is the home is also only minutes away from Lake Toho (Lake Tohopekaliga), a 23,000-acre fishing lake in Kissimmee, known for its professional bass fishing competitions, airboat rides, and birdwatching opportunities. This popular lake is home to a large amount of freshwater bass, turtles and other wildlife. Lake Toho is a great way to bond with nature after a long day at the crowded parks!

Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Crystal Cove Resort community. Please note that at the moment, the tv in bedroom #4 (the one with two single beds) is not available.
There will be 1 Clubhouse access card for the resort amenities. If it is lost or misplaced, 50 USD will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit. Upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.
This short term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.
A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
The private pool can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
This is a pet-friendly property. Pets are allowed with prior authorization and subject to a $290 USD fee per stay (max 2 pets). All pets must be kept on the leash at all times in the enclosed portion of the yard and other restrictions may apply within the community.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, ONE trash bag in each trash can, and ONE roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished during your stay.
Additional supplies must be purchased by the guests. We do not provide condiments, coffee, creamer, etc.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- If you're booking through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300 usd security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out and once the property has been inspected for any damages. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the deposit.
