Noosa Dunes is a luxury gated complex that is situated between Castaways and Marcus Beach on the ocean side of David Low Way. With direct beach access through a secured door near the house, you can be on the sand within minutes or you may choose to explore the cycle/walkway which passes by the estate that extends up the coast to Noosa or south to Peregian Beach.
The Space

Upon entering the spacious entrance, you are welcomed with views across the open-plan living and out to the pool.
