Sunset Island is a private 37-acre community boasting a plethora of fantastic amenities, including both an indoor and outdoor pool, a kids’ pool, fishing pier, boat docks, a fitness center, bay beaches, and nature trails.

KITCHEN & DINING

This third-floor condo sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms.
Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, direct deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a smart TV.
The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

Parking is available for two cars, with one designated spot in the garage and one additional spot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A $110 registration fee (for parking and amenity access) is required upon check-in. This grants you six facility passes and two parking passes. If you need additional facility passes, they are available for $70 per week, per person.
This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.
The fireplace in the unit is not operational.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
