This stylish space has all the essentials for an ideal stay, plus:

The space:
This house has 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds, one common full bathroom and an additional full bathroom in the pool area. Air mattress is provided to accommodate 2 extra guests. Total guests allowed is 6.
Our place has a fantastic pool area which includes: an amazing outdoor cabana with cooking area, sink and charcoal grill for a relaxing weekend in the water. Outside bar area overlooking the pool is the perfect spot to get away from everything! Pool area includes a full bath.
Each Bedroom has its own smart tv and there is also a TV in the living room.
Love to relax in a Jacuzzi? you will find this feature amazing!!! We offer a 4 people jacuzzi for $45 per stay up to a week, please let the host know in advance if you plan to use it.
Working space: We have a desk in the master bedroom. Perfect for remote work and conferences. We offer a fast wifi speed of 1000 MG.
Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. Trained dogs are allowed for a $150 fee per pet. The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Pet fee is paid before checking-in. Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Please do not sneak in your pet.
Charcoal grill is complementary and needs to be cleaned after use; otherwise, there will be a $40 cleaning fee due upon check-out. Charcoal is not provided.
Please request in advance our available Pack and Play and high chair before check in, it is complementary
Guest access: In-house pool and laundry (washer & dryer).
Other things to note: The house has an attached private guesthouse with its own entrance. This suite does not have access to the house or any of the amenities such as pool or yard. Please note that we have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped.

Summary: The rental looked exactly as advertised. Nice clean rooms. The hot tub and pool were very fun. We went closer to summer so the pool was a perfect temperature.
