The well-equipped KITCHEN boasts modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, gas range, oven, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. You will find an abundance of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and accessories at your disposal for all your culinary needs.
Your sleeping arrangements include space for up to six guests:

- A small open LOFT (not enclosed) featuring a Trundle Day Bed with two twin mattresses.

You will love the additional amenities, including a four-person HOT TUB for stargazing relaxation, an EV charger (Level 2 J1772 plug) available at additional fees, and an inflatable standup paddleboard for water adventures. Stay connected with FAST WIFI (250+ Mbps) for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBOMax, and ESPN+. Enjoy gaming with the Nintendo Switch console featuring popular titles like Mario Kart. Parking is hassle-free with a flat driveway accommodating 2-3 cars, which is kept cleared of snow throughout the winter season. However, during heavy storms, you may need to clear doorways using the shovels provided.
While we do not reside locally, we are accessible by phone, email, or through the app for any inquiries. Our friendly cleaner is also on-site for immediate assistance. If you're traveling with pets, feel free to bring up to two well-behaved dogs for a fee of $125, and kindly describe their behavior when booking.
Please note that after booking, you will receive a link to a separate Rental Agreement from Evergreen Dorrington Chalet to e-sign within 48 hours. A security deposit of $250 may also be required, which will be released five days after checkout.
For your convenience, we have established a bear box containing trash and recycling cans. Trash is collected every Monday morning and recycling bi-weekly on Mondays. While we hope the bear box will be empty upon your arrival, please check it; any excess trash must be taken to the local dump, conveniently located in Avery, on your way out. Leaving overflow trash inside the cabin incurs a $150 removal fee.
Charging your electric vehicle comes at $0.50/kWh, and payment will be processed based on the platform used for booking.
Be aware that refunds are not provided for weather-related issues or power outages. We strongly recommend having a 4-WHEEL DRIVE vehicle in winter conditions and staying updated with local weather forecasts. Our cabin features an automatic generator for power during outages, although cable television and broadband internet may not function if Comcast services are disrupted. For added peace of mind, consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
