Positive: The units we had were right on the beach with beautiful views and the sound of sea.
Negative: The toilet seat in the one unit was broken. Needs to be replaced. Its a bit pricy for the units for what you get and a bit of a walk to and from but for the view and being right on the beach was worth it.
