This home is pet friendly with prior approval. A 45 minute drive to Durango and 15 minutes to Bayfield, enjoy restaurants, coffee shops, and unique Main Street shops that make both towns so special.Bed Configuration:Master Bedroom - King Bed (Upper Level-OPEN LOFT/living room below)2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level) 3rd Bedroom - King bed w/ Separate Twin Bed (Lower Level)Medial Room - Full Size Sleeper Sofa (Lower Level) Admit it, wouldn't you rather be here?Note: 4-Wheel Drive, Chains, or Snow tires are mandatory in the winter. Pet PolicyNo pets are allowed unless pre-arranged with the management company. The pet fee is $100 per dog. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. Renters are responsible for their pet(s) at all times and must ensure all solid wastes have been picked up and disposed of before departure. There will be a $500 fine if there is an unauthorized pet on the property.NO Smoking anywhere on the premises.Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking.Note: This home does not have Air Conditioning. Most homes do come equipped with box and ceiling fans.A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes.
