2.5 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 single beds, one full-size/single top bunk bed.
New Bathroom: 3PC. Private Outdoor Shower - wonderful!!
Livingroom: 1 sofa, 2 cozy swivel chairs, game table, 1 reading chair. Traditional Gas fireplace, 40” LCD colour TV with cable. Portable a/c unit. Fans.
Beautiful view of Lake Huron.
Updated Kitchen: Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, plates/glasses/cutlery, pots & pans. Dining Room: seats 6-8 comfortably
Outside: Large Back Deck, Small Side covered front deck, Patio set, BBQ, Firepit, lawnchairs, beach chairs. All access to the beach.
The bustling town of Grand Bend is 5 minutes south. Grocery/Beer/Liquor Stores, Grand Bend Motorplex, Huron County Playhouse, Restaurants, Wineries, Breweries, Golf Courses within minutes.
Renters must provide linens, blankets, sheets & towels.
