In S'Estanyol de Migjorn, only 3 km from the beach, this beautiful house of the village is perfect for 6 people.Do you feel like starting the day with breakfast under the porch on a beautiful sunny day? You can also prepare a rich barbecue accompanied by a bottle of wine under a starry night of the Mediterranean. You have at your disposal a wood oven which is ideal to prepare some pizzas. You will only have to buy some wood and then enjoy. In general, all exterior areas of the house invite you to be in family and relax.
The house has a large and comfortable living room where you can watch TV. The kitchen of induction has place for 6 people and direct access to the garden. You have an independent room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, one bedroom with double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each. From the last you can go out on the outside terrace. We can provide you a crib and highchair for a baby. There are two bathrooms with tub for the whole house. In the house there are up to 3 fans for the hottest months, and two radiators for the cooler ones.
S'Estanyol de Migjorn is a quiet urban center at the south coast of the island, within the term of Llucmajor, located between the flattest point and Sa Rápita. Here you can find restaurants, bars and the beach of Sa Ràpita. Following 1.5 km more, you can find the nice and extensive beach of Es Trenc, one of the best and idyllic beaches of Mallorca. In fact, it is considered a natural landscape by its crystalline waters and its fine white sand. Taking a cocktail on the beach will be a dream.
