Summary: Blood Stain on Bed Sheets One night, we found blood on our bed sheets. staff replaced them after we reported it, but their response felt very casual given the seriousness. I asked whether the incident happened in the room and if there was any safety concern, especially since I have a child. They promised to follow up the next morning but didn’t get back to us until two days later, and only after we raised it again. Wrong Laundry Delivered We received laundry belonging to another room. While we understand mistakes can happen, it added to the growing pattern of oversights. Cleaning Items Left Behind we found cleaning items left behind in one of the toilets, which raised concerns about housekeeping standards and attention to detail. Unsafe Artwork Installation Another issue was an artwork frame above the bed that was not properly secured. This was only fixed after we reported it, but it could have been dangerous if it had fallen while we were asleep. Inconsistent Turndown Service Finally, the turndown service was inconsistent. missed a day and didn’t always replenish enough water. Great Location We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. location is excellent and it’s clear the property has been refurbished in recent years. The hotel looks modern and good overall. Overall Impression While the hotel has great potential due to its location and renovation, there is a clear lack of professionalism and attention to detail in housekeeping and room service.
