Positive: Lorna greeted us when we arrived, showed us the house, made reservations for a nice restaurant. The house had nice touches that made our stay comfortable and cozy like fresh flowers, lots of plants, Scottish treats and fresh coffee. We needed a laundry pod and she brought over 2.
