3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths overlooking the 2nd hole of the Dove Valley Ranch Golf Course; facing west for AMAZING sunsets! Enjoy your sunset cocktails out back dining or around the bubbling waterfall. This home is all on one level, with no stairs. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large flat screen TV, attached master bath with huge walk in shower and walk-in closet and slider to the backyard sitting area. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a television. The 3rd guest bedroom has another Queen Bedroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are in the sitting are with 2 pull out Twin beds to accommodate 8 guests total. Outside you have a dining table BBQ, 2 chaise lounge chairs. a waterfall, comfy seating area AND a wood burning fire-pit. What more can you ask for?
