The fee for pool heating, will be requested for all reservations that take place between October - April.
We welcome all guests who are respectful and appreciate the beauty and nature. Absolutely no loud music or loud parties at anytime! If you desire to have an event you will need to rent the entire place (2houses) and send us any and all details about your event. And we will be happy to consider it! :)

All essentials, towels are provided, fully stocked kitchen.
-You will have private access to the whole house, the pool and the pool area is shared with the other house that is located on this property.
We are located just minutes to Ritz Carlton hotel, golf courses, white sandy beaches, stores,restaurants and all fun attractions.
NOTES:
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.

** Standard and maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
** Mandatory pool heating fee will be requested prior to your arrival, of $55 per day if your reservation takes place between October - April.
** Refundable damage deposit - $600 (Airbnb holds damage deposit)
* We may consider events. They have to be aproved first, and additional fee would apply depending on details provided.
** If you book up to two week stay, light cleaning fee will be required at additional fee! If you stay 1 month then 2 lights cleaning will be applied. This is only for the purpose to keep house/unit/property clean.
**We may consider pets - A pet fee of $199 would apply, per pet. Vet documents must be provided as well.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
