This spacious waterfront home has 5 Br, 4 Baths and a Sauna in the Master Bath. Two story living and dining areas. Over-sized island in a kitchen any personal chef would enjoy. Game Room with pool table and large bar upstairs. The patio area with Infinity Pool and Hot Tub will become one of your favorite spots. Stone Fire Pit at the water's edge for those cool evenings. Sorry we do not heat the swimming pool. Recently a new aluminum day dock has been installed in order to have water access from the property to load and unload from your boat. Many of our also like to fish and just sit out by the water. We also can provide you with a slip at Grand Harbor if you need a boat slip.
Due to recent complaints, we will no longer allow for fireworks to be shot off at our property. There is not any garbage pickup service in this community. All garbage will have to be taken away by the renters.
