Summary: I am very disappointed by the treatment I received both prior to and my stay at Opal Sands Resort. There are not enough "characters" for me to write it all here. However, I will be contacting corporate office to share including a conversation between two disgruntled employees in the restaurant onsite as well as the bartender who said he could not make me a strawberry daiquiri because he already washed the blender and "could not find it!" However, we asked the gentleman at the Concierge Desk where could we get a drink, and he shared we could at the restaurant. It placed a dim light on our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Stand by. Dr. Gaines
