One lot back from oceanfront in Captain's Beach subdivision, guests are treated to a view of the ocean from front and side decks, and view of marshes and sound from rear decks. The double concrete carport leads to the first level dry entry foyer and a master bedroom with two single beds and private bath. The second level has a large den with 55" LCD home theater system and wet bar with full size refrigerator, an oceanview queen master bedroom with private deck, and two other queen bedrooms with connecting bath and private balconies. The third level features a great room with cathedral ceilings and half bath, king master bedroom with private balcony and full bath with Jacuzzi. The kitchen opens to a large porch with ocean views. The great room with a second 55" LCD home theater system opens to a wide sundeck with beautiful ocean view.
New for 2023: Great room TV upgraded to 77" Smart TV. Wifi upgraded to 5G mesh (may vary based on number of users/devices).
