Casa Verde, Spa Buenavista 10 minutes from Los Barriles, BCS, is in a beautiful, very safe community. We have a 360 degree Oceanview ROOFTOP POOL with resort style sunbathing chaise lounges, fire pit, games and BBQ. Rooftop pool and entertainment area with 360 degree view of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra Laguna mountain range are a marvel to see and to stargaze in the dark evening sky. With fun games, a fire pit and very comfortable chaise lounges to enjoy the sun, Casa Verde is a paradise in itself where you find you can stay and get a massage, pedicure or have in-home chefs prepare delicious cuisine and fine cocktails (both alcohol and non-alcohol). It is the perfect place to star gaze at night. Along with fun games such as giant Jenga (5 feet tall), wooden hand-sized dice and Corn Hole. Definitely an unforgettable fun in the sun escape. There is also world renowned fishing that is a five minute walk from the casa. There is also golfing at the WORLD FAMOUS FOUR SEASONS RESORT, scuba diving, snorkeling, eco tours, paddle boarding, kite surfing, horse riding, ATV off roading tours along the majestic Sea of Cortez to riding up to the fresh water springs & up in the mountains. There is a selection of dining from fine dining to local taco bars with fresh catch of the day cuisine to choose from at the many restaurants from the FOUR SEASONS RESORT TO FINE DINING & GREAT LOWKEY DINING IN OUR LOCAL TOWN. You can rent quads & ride right from our home, golf at the closely located Four Seasons Resort, or charter a boat (3 minute walk to the doc) or fish in front of the house on the umbrella-lined white sandy beach that is a stone’s from the house. Stunning ocean views throughout the entire main house from the kitchen, dining room & all the bedrooms with the fresh ocean breeze throughout the main house w/ a private Master Suite and two other private secluded bedrooms, living room, dinning room, and kitchen with washer and dryer. Also we have Starlink wifi throughout property & TVs in each ebedroom and living room streaming your favorite shows. The main house has two king beds, a queen bed, and couch to sleep to host a maximum of seven people comfortably . (children included). There are two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. There is a maximum of 7 people in the main house and not to exceed that amount. If your party has more than seven people we also have a beautiful bright newly renovated CASITA that sleeps a maximum of FOUR PEOPLE in two nicely adorned bedrooms. That is named Casita Verde on VRBO. If you would like to rent the entire property (main house and casita) that means there is a maximum of 11 people.
If any extra people stay on the premises, there is a $100/ Night/per extra person charge. Renters who do not conform to this policy they will be subject to cancellation and all expenses will be forfeited and not refunded. Our Guest Unit/Casita has a full kitchen and two well-apportioned bedrooms. It can be rented out individually by itself as it is charming, private and away from the main house with its own courtyard and entrance on the beach side street. There is a sitting area and couch in one of the bedrooms that opens to the kitchen to relax and enjoy your company while in the kitchen.

Our home is a stone’s throw ( approximately 50 feet) to the beach which is fed by a natural hot spring and provides comfortable water temperatures all year. The beach is the nicest swimming beach in the area. Jet skis, kayaks, wind surfing, horse riding, scuba diving and world-class golf at the Four Seasons are available in the local area.
There are charter boats available for all fishing lovers, snorkeling and scuba diving in the northern most coral reef on the North American continent.
We do recommend Anzuelo Fishing Charters if you’d like to experience some world class fishing that I can assist in arranging and the fish can be prepped for taking with you back home.
We have golf and upscale shopping at the world famous Four Seasons Hotel just15 minutes north of the house. There is also world renowned wind surfing and lessons are easily available.
At the house, we recently constructed outdoor shower that is nice and comfortable and allows you to rinse the sand off before enjoying the inside cool air of the house/casita or enjoying the rooftop pool. We also have paddle boards for rent at $50 a day or $200 for the week. Additionally, we also have cleaning services and home cooking available if you’d like to enjoy an authentic Mexican dish at home. Many guests do take advantage of these options and enjoy a delicious authentic home cooked meal during their stay. There are no surprise fees. The main house has a $200 cleaning and supplies fee per stay (if over 10 days, there is a cleaning included during your stay that is included in your rental fee). The casita has a $150 cleaning and supplies fee per week if rented separately.
Please keep in mind, this is our home, not the Four Seasons. We do our best to make your stay the best it can ever be. Please be patient if there is an unforeseen circumstance that arises. I can assure you we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
