Located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this gated community offers oceanfront and oceanside single and multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Soak up the sunshine or enjoy the shade in the outdoor living space. Conveniently located near downtown Bethany Beach where you can stroll on the boardwalk, enjoy the life-guarded beach or partake in dining and shopping.
This spacious, well-maintained multilevel vacation home is located on the oceanside and offers three flatscreen TVs. Level one offers an entrance hall, laundry area, four bedrooms with two hall bathrooms, a primary bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom. Level two offers a large living area with a full kitchen, including a fridge and icemaker, coffee maker, and toaster. The home also has a dining area, powder room, a large screened porch and decks! The outside area offers ground-level decks, a seating area, a grill, and an outside shower.
