Downtown Del Mar, with its wonderful beach-front restaurants, charming shops, L'Auberge Hotel, Del Mar Plaza, scenic Seagrove and Powerhouse Parks, beaches and nearby Del Mar Racetrack, is approximately 3 miles away.
This custom designed studio features a spacious outdoor roof deck with magnificent views of the ocean, lagoon and nature reserve, and is the perfect location to watch the sunset, bird watch, or just chill with a good book under the covered lounging area.
The interior is well designed and nicely furnished and decorated with tasteful art, and luxurious bedding. Kitchen contains a two-burner stove, refrigerator, convection oven, toaster, microwave, cooking utensils and nice assortment of pots and pans.
