Perfect island getaway in the beautiful town of Laie. 1 bed 1 bath with kitchenette (wet bar). This is the upstairs unit of our home and is the master bedroom and bathroom so lots of space.
Enjoy the cool Pacific breeze from nearly every window, or relax on the private large deck!
Consists of 1 King bed and a small fold-out futon bed. We also provide a queen air mattress and can sleep 2-4 guests. We're fine with a few more if you're comfortable squeezing in and want to bring another mattress.
Due to Hawaii State rental laws, we are only accepting 1 booking every 30 days.
One assigned driveway parking stall. Please keep in mind that this is the upstairs unit of our home and we live downstairs with our 4 children.
The entire upstairs is yours including the private deck. If you want to use the backyard, just let us know. But it would be shared with us and our kids who play in the yard every day.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, NOR ANY PETS AND EVENTS ALLOWED!
The key is in a lockbox right next to the sliding door for you to use during your stay. We suggest you leave the key in the lockbox at all times as we may not be available or home to give you the spare if key is lost.
PLEASE KINDLY TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS, FANS AND AIR-CONDITIONING WHEN NOT IN USE OR PRESENTLY NOT IN THE UNIT.
