The space features three well-lit bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment maintains its original layout, which includes a dining area, desk area, living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV, and a convenient galley-style kitchen. Additionally, you’ll find a laundry area and a full bath, making your stay as comfortable as possible.
Please keep in mind that there is an additional $100 fee for all major holidays, including local events like Apple Blossom, and national holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s, the Fourth of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. This fee will be collected prior to your arrival.
For those planning longer stays, please note that stays exceeding three weeks will incur an extra double cleaning fee. Additionally, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
