You will immediately know you are someplace special when you drive up to the Heart of Cedar Park - a stately residence of first impression, occupying the entire corner of the pristine family-centric neighborhood "The Ranch at Cedar Park". The 20-foot stained glass entryway and tree lined street welcomes your arrival. This gem marries tasteful elegance, quality, function, fun, and economic sense with something unique and special at every turn - and you can bring your beloved furry family members.
Dark and rich hardwood floors, rustic ranch-style doors and an abundance of interesting and eye-popping colorful art throughout will greet your arrival. An open-concept first-floor design provides an easy flow and practical functionality that encourages your family and friends to ease into relaxation and immediately start enjoying the property with plenty of room to breathe and interact while having some privacy with numerous places to chill both inside and out. It is furnished with higher-end unique pieces, comfortable Italian leather sofas, luxurious linens, plush throws, spa bath amenities and a gorgeous French country kitchen with fully stocked coffee bar, breakfast table, butcherblock island, floating island with seating and tree lined street view dining area. Charmingly designed and eclectically decorated, this easy flow and stylistic home fits even the most gregarious and picky of families and travel groups.

The Lair includes a relaxing chaise lounge, seating area, 60" 4K TV and an extra-large walk-in closet. You will feel like royalty in the deliciously elegant and luxurious Lairs quarters.
The Zen Den - Only good vibes await you in this colorful respite. Vibrant fabrics, unique overseas furnishings and spiritually-influenced art bring out your Chi in this relaxing and soul-centering space. You'll walk into this room and immediately want to take your shoes off, roll out your yoga mat for a downward dog and engage your chakras. The Zen Den boasts a custom, plush, high end queen memory foam bed, 50" 4K TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, sound machine, and of course a yoga mat.
The Billy - The Texas Rose of the estate is this front-facing and roomy bedroom with a beautiful view of two large cedar trees. Red, white and blue Texas pride and American patriotism are reflected in the Billy with the rustic furnishings and tasteful décor that offers its guests an authentic Texas ranch feel with five-star level comfort.
