Summary: I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the room and cleanliness were top-notch. However, the hot water supply was a major disappointment. There was no hot water at 9 PM or 7 AM. The management was friendly and explained it was due to the high occupancy, but they couldn't fix it during my stay. It seems the water heating system cannot keep up when the hotel is full. If they can upgrade the water capacity, this would easily be a perfect 10/10 stay.
