Positive: I booked this hotel for the location, which was convenient to an attraction close by we planned to explore. The room was adequate, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was a terrific.
Negative: What happened to greeting guests as they check in? Is there no training on how to welcome a guest other than a cursory request for their passport? A simple, genuine greeting would suffice. Instead the front desk had a small group of workers handling logistics not people. With training the missing element in a few short minutes, could elevate an unremarkable interaction to a pleasant memorable interchange. After all, first impressions count!
