White Pine Ranch has been a family retreat loved for generations. Newly renovated and updated, this 3 bedroom home is the perfect getaway for family and friends. Located just 3 hours from NYC with a magnificent view of the mountains, White Pine Ranch is a breath of fresh air.
Built on a bucolic 7 acre pasture, wake up each morning to mountain views and a large family of turkeys milling about. Relax on the large wooden deck replete with cast iron furniture and a BBQ grill. Have lunch on the picnic table, and cook smores on the firepit all in your private 7 acre yard. Kids from NYC will be amazed they have their own private “park” to play in.
Living Area: The open concept living space draws people together in cozy mountain comfort. A spacious living room with a plush sectional sofa that sits in front of the wood burning fieldstone fireplace is the perfect place to unwind. Watch a movie or cheer on your favorite sports team from the 50 inch TV. A corner bar with barstools gives additional space to gather for games or mix your favorite mocktails and cocktails. The large chef’s kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless appliances is fully stocked with all equipment needed for grand entertaining. While cooking, gaze out of the kitchen window across the lane to a turn of the century barn and 250 acre horse farm perfect for long hikes and connecting with nature. A hand-crafted, flamed-maple dining table for 8 overlooks peaceful country views through a wall of windows to watch the deer play and a large deck with outdoor seating and BBQ area.
Bedrooms: Two large and beautifully appointed bedrooms are on the first floor each with two twin beds and hand crafted quilts. Upstairs, a large primary bedroom suite has a king bed plus an enormous, en-suite spa like bath replete with shower, deep-soak jetted tub and double vanity. A large walk through closet takes you to a secret bonus bedroom outfitted with a large desk, office chair and daybed with trundle ideal for working from home or having extra guests. Comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding will give you the much needed, pin-drop quiet perfect night’s sleep.
Bathrooms: The ranch has two professionally designed bathrooms in immaculate condition. One is on the first floor built with a tub/shower combo serving the two bedrooms. The second spa style bathroom is located upstairs in the private primary suite and has a walk in shower, jetted tub for 4 and large double vanity.
Exterior: The home is situated on a tree lined and paved country road adjacent to a 250 acre horse farm with endless possibilities for relaxing hikes and chilling out on the grassy bank of a gorgeous, spring fed 3 acre pond just a few feet up the farm lane. Take a walk up the dead end road and enjoy the silence of nature, spy turkeys in the field or catch a white deer tail waving as it runs through the woods. At the back of the house is a plank wood deck with a dining table and BBQ that provide a lovely spot for an early morning cup of coffee, picnic lunch or evening dinner overlooking the mountains.
Entry: The parking area fits 2 vehicles comfortably with room for additional vehicles in front of the house. A lit walkway through a post and beam wooden fence takes you to the pretty blue front door where you enter the home a large foyer with closet to comfortably store all of your outdoor gear.
The property is located only 10 minutes from Belleayre Ski Mountain and the towns of Fleischmanns, Roxbury and Margaretville with convenient access to lodging, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy.

Guests have full access to the home except for a few locked closets. There is a barn across the street with No Trespassing signs, please do not walk around the barn.

The Trailways bus line does travel on Route 28, otherwise there are no or limited cabs or Uber. A car is necessary to get around. Gas stations can be miles apart so always make sure you have gas! October through April weather is mercurial - snow one day, warm the next. Check the weather report before you leave home and plan your trip accordingly. If you are unfamiliar with driving in snow, search for tips online through travel sites like AAA.

- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage.
-Dogs and cats are allowed with approval and additional fee.
- No ATV's, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms.
- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
