There will be room for everyone in this 6300 square foot Modern Mountain Home built in 2020. With views for miles you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world, because you are! You can gather the entire family in the main level great room and enjoy a warm fire in the fireplace that stands 30 feet from floor to ceiling. Next to the family room is a dining area that accommodates 20 people at the double live edge tables and additional seating at the counter top bar. Create your favorite gourmet meals in the fully stocked kitchen which boasts a 72” built in refrigerator, a 36” gas cooktop, double ovens and a microwave. If this still isn’t enough you can use kitchen in the basement which has another refrigerator, gas cooktop, a 3rd oven and another microwave. If you find yourself wanting to enjoy a meal outside you can use the grill on the covered patio that wraps around the entire backyard. Here you can enjoy an incredible sunset dinner and watch some of our local wildlife roam the property. After dinner jump in the hot tub or dry sauna and enjoy some peace and relaxation. Also on the main level is one of the master suites. Each Master suite has beds for 7 people and a large bathroom with a steam shower. Upstairs is a large loft to gather and enjoy the views of Brian Head Peak which sits at 11,400 feet. You can also see the top of Giant Steps ski lift from this cozy vantage point. The second floor also has an identical master suite and 2 other bedrooms that each sleep 7 people. These bedrooms share a bathroom. Heading into the walkout basement is the second kitchen, another dining area, ping pong table and another large great room with an oversized sectional and some bean bag chairs. This is the favorite hang out spot for the kids and it allows for some quiet conversation or a card game amongst the adults upstairs. The basement has 2 large bedrooms that each sleep 7 people and a smaller bedroom that sleeps 5. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms that have separate bathing and vanity areas. There are 2 laundry rooms, one on the main level and another in the basement. From the basement you can access the sauna which has its own exterior entrance. For those that dare you can take a plunge in the snow after a 180 degree sauna session.
Giant steps ski lift and Brian Head town center are a 3 minute drive down the hill. You can also text the free shuttle to pick you up at the end of our street. This is perfect for those days when the kids want to hit the slopes and you just need a day to sit by the fire and enjoy the views.
