Downstairs, a family room offers games, a chalkboard wall, and a smart TV for movie nights. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room for convenience.
Outdoor living
The fenced backyard creates a space for gathering and play. A ground-level patio features a covered dining set for eight, a propane BBQ grill, and bench seating. A designated corn hole area provides entertainment, while the centerpiece is the seven-seat hot tub with hydrotherapy jets and waterfall lighting.
