A beautifully crafted modern style cabin with elegant woodwork and stunning stone details throughout the home. Walk out your front door to find the pristine Nordic trails of Peak 8, great for hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. This home offers a truly unforgettable mountain experience. This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay.

• Third Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed, flat-screen TV.
• Fourth Bedroom (Upper Level): Two Twin beds, TV.
• Fifth Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed, flat-screen TV.
• Sixth Bedroom (Upper Level – Bunk Room): Queen-over-Queen bunk, Twin-over-Twin bunk, trundle bed (sleeps 7).
• Seventh Bedroom (Upper Level): King bed, flat-screen TV, large closet.
• Shared Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms on the top floor are shared by the additional bedrooms and a powder room is on the main level.
Game Room: The lower level is designed for endless fun, featuring a foosball table, billiards, an 80-inch TV with theater-style seating, pinball machines, and a collection of arcade games. While the Nordic ski trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems offering the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and the excitement of high alpine skiing nearby. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking & biking.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
