Positive: İyi kurulmuş bir tesis, restoranda akşam yemekleri sahiden güzel, restoran çalışanları da düzgün insanlar. İyi işletilse hakikaten güzel bir tesis olacağı belli.
Negative: Spa çalışmıyor. Beach kapalı. Cankurtaran yok. Tesiste işletme sorunları çok belirgin. Ön büro da kesinlikle önemli bir başlık. Uzun uzun bahsedip tekrar canımı sıkmak istemiyorum ama değil misafir ilişkileri temel iletişim konusunda bile çok zayıf bir ön büroyla karşılaştık maalesef. Ne kadar iyi tesis yaparsanız yapın misafirle muhatap ettiğiniz çalışanın seviyesi bu olursa misafirinizin konaklamanın sonunda oldukça buruk bir tatla ayrılması kaçınılmaz maalesef.
