The Space: Upon arriving at The Cove, you'll find convenient free parking (one spot per villa) just a short 4-minute walk from the Port City Marina docks. Once you step onto the docks of Port City Marina, you'll realize that this dockside community truly captures the essence of adventure, luxury, and tranquility.

As you enter your villa, the expansive open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area will make you think, "I should have brought more friends!" But don't worry—there's always another opportunity to share the experience.

Cooking & Eating: With a dining table that accommodates four guests, additional seating with three benches at the island, and a fully stocked kitchen, you might even consider hosting your next Thanksgiving here. Enjoy complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar, together with a drip coffee maker for your morning brew.

Getting Around: Each villa comes with free parking for one vehicle. Our parking area is about 1,000 feet (a 4-minute walk) from the marina, so we recommend using wheeled suitcases and, if possible, a foldable cart. Be prepared for unexpected coastal rain showers by bringing an umbrella or a rain jacket.

If you require parking for more than one car, consider finding a spot in the parking garage at the Wilmington Convention Center, conveniently located next door. Daily rates for the garage vary depending on the season and special events.
