A spacious living area leads to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen-equipped with stainless steel appliances and ready for your family or group. You'll love the open concept that allows the chef to still be part of the group and see the game on the TV while he or she prepares the family meal. The dining space is located within the kitchen space, and it offers ample seating for 8 at the dining table, 4 at the kitchen island, and when adding in the additional bar top seating in the kitchen and main living area, there is easily seating for everyone to dine. This doesn't include the additional outdoor dining table on the living room area balcony, located just off the kitchen and dining space for convenience for a nice outdoor dining experience. In the living room you will find a large couch and also another bar and kitchenette-ideally located for your convenience. This bar top entertainment space also has its own TV, so you can watch different programs, games, or anything else you have going on.
