Summary: At checkout, they kept insisting I hadn't paid and demanded payment again; it was only after I went to the trouble of finding and showing the payment confirmation email from my card company that they finally acknowledged the transaction. Despite the inconvenience—such as being unable to check out for an extended period—they didn't offer a single word of apology, making the whole experience rude and absurd.
