There are NO stairs to climb to get in/out of this GROUND LEVEL condo which offers great views of the mountain and the best deck in the complex (vs the usual parking lot view). One of TWO FULL DECKS has a beautiful view of a SMALL WATERFALL which you can hear whenever outside. A SMALL STREAM flows around the outside of your private bedroom. This 554 sq. ft. chalet gives you one SEPARATE, PRIVATE BEDROOM, and a new leather LazyBoy sleeper-couch (with the top-of-the -line air mattress) in the living room. Both beds have very comfortable queen-sized beds with down duvets. The condo has also been recently upgraded with a new 40 inch SMART TV, electric fireplace, marble backsplash, granite counters, carpeting, furniture, two high efficiency HVAC units and stainless steel appliances.
My condo comfortably sleeps 4 in two SEPARATE, PRIVATE sleeping areas. There is one compete bathroom with a two-sink vanity and Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tub. An electric fireplace, one SMART TV with Cable are also included.
The condo is a 15 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village'. A free Shuttle is available after prebooking your ride. NCR offers just the right blend of small resort charm with a heated pool (summer only), communal hot-tub, Thai restaurant, free parking, tennis, outdoor BBQ's, etc.
The modern, full Kitchen includes a new Bosch dishwasher, fridge, microwave, island, stove/oven, towels, utensils pots, pans, kettle, a coffee maker, toaster, martini/wine glasses, etc. There is also a small separate dining area that seats two. Many guest have described this place 'just like home....only better'. There is also a large lounge with TV that you can use in the basement of the MSR Reservation/Pool building.
My condo has a NEW, 40 inch, SMART TV for your viewing pleasure! This TV gives you easy access to Netflix, U tube, browsing the Web, etc. A public beach is 1.7 km away; a pleasant walk or bike ride.
