Summary: We arrived to location office was closed. We went back to reservation and had to call. Apparently the system did not book it correctly or something. We did get a room but not the one we reserved. My only issues were it was super hot and took about 2 hours to really cool down. Having to have a code to go up and down elevator was a pain and the floors in the apartment were dirty. There was also only 1 TV with external Roku- which was fine but was not able to turn it off or volume controls without actually walking to it. The best part of the room was the washer and dryer in the unit much needed on our road trip.
