Bedrooms 2 and 3 contain Full beds, bedside tables with lamps, and sliding glass doors for easy pool access. Bedroom 1 is furnished with Twin beds and a closet. If needed, a convertible crib or toddler bed can be provided on request.

The two adjoining bathrooms located conveniently across from Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each feature a walk-in rain and handheld shower unit, along with wall-mounted cabinetry adorned with stylish bronze fittings. All bathrooms come stocked with hair dryers, first aid kits, towels, extra toilet paper, and garbage bags. As a courtesy, starter packs of essential toiletries such as body wash, lotion, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable cups, cotton pads, and shower caps are also provided. * The property has been inspected and officially registered to operate as an accommodation property by the Ministry of Tourism and Investment of Antigua and Barbuda.
* The property is duly registered with Antigua and Barbuda's Inland Revenue Department for ABST and Tourism Guest Levy programs.
* As per the Tourism Guest Levy Act, a fee of US$5 per guest per night will be collected upon arrival and forwarded to the Inland Revenue Department, contributing to the island's Climate Resilience Fund (CRDF). Guests aged 5 years or younger are exempt from this fee.
* The primary guest making the reservation must be over the age of 25.
* Security cameras are installed around the property covering entry gates and walkways, but do not monitor patios, main decks, pools, or indoor living spaces.
