This lakefront residence boasts an abundance of natural light, featuring custom designer touches throughout. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it includes 2 spacious bedrooms, a bunk room, and a cozy sofa bed in the living area, along with 2 full bathrooms and laundry facilities. With soaring ceilings and 9-foot windows, you can take in breathtaking 180-degree vistas of beautiful Lake Hamilton.
The expansive deck adjoins the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining spaces, providing plenty of outdoor seating options, two charcoal grills, and a wood-burning fire pit, making it the ultimate retreat for relaxation. While the indoor fireplace is not operational, the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings more than compensates.
For your security, please be informed that there is a Ring Video Doorbell at the front entrance to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. We ensure your privacy as no interior cameras are present.
Note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton starts on November 1st, and water will begin refilling between March 1st and March 8th each year, concluding by March 15th.
We appreciate your cooperation in securing all trash in the street cans without any loose items. Kindly refrain from bringing the trash cans back to the house; leaving them on the street avoids a potential $100 fine.
