The Finca Can Solleric located on the edge of the beautiful village of Alaro at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and the characteristic mesas. The path that leads up to the famous castle of Alaró and the restaurant Es Verger starts not far from the house. The hilly area is also characterized by numerous almond trees, the fields in the most beautiful white flowering pink and diving. The finca has a more spacious outdoor area with local trees and a large and covered terrace on the pool side with shaded seating. Here is also the brick barbecue. The 8 x 4 meter pool, of course, for single use, has a Roman staircase as easy entry. The house has three bedrooms, two of which with twin beds, a are furnished with a double bed. Next to the bedroom with loft is a game room as a transit area. One of the two bathrooms is en suite in addition to one of the bedrooms, the other bathroom is located in the living area, which in turn is just off the kitchen. The completely furnished and equipped with a dishwasher kitchen also has an exit to the main terrace.
