Stay connected with super-fast and reliable WiFi available both indoors and outdoors, and make use of the desk provided in the bedroom.

Inside, a spacious layout awaits you. The living room combines sun-soaked relaxation with entertainment options, including plush furnishings and a 70” Smart TV equipped with Roku, Sonos speakers, and a turntable. Gather around the farmhouse table in the dining room, which seats six and offers beautiful views through double French doors.

The Chalet features three stylish bedrooms:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and double sinks, plus a walk-in closet.
• Bedroom Two: Queen bed, desk, walk-in closet, and shared bath.
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed, closet, and shared bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, quartz countertops, and an island that invites meal preparation and socializing. Additional amenities include:

Your four-legged companion is welcome! One dog under 50 lbs may stay upon request, but please ensure to add them to your reservation at the time of booking. Refer to the guidebook for all pet-related rules.

We ask for a $500 security deposit to ensure an enjoyable experience for every guest. This amount will be authorized 48 hours before your arrival and will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure, provided there is no excessive damage.

This chalet offers exclusive access to all home and grounds. Keep in mind that a car is necessary for accessing the property. In winter or snowy conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended.

To comply with insurance regulations, we kindly request that guests sign a rental agreement 24 hours prior to arrival; reservations without completed agreements may face cancellation. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a digital guidebook containing essential information, including WiFi credentials and property access instructions.

Please ensure that the number of guests listed on your reservation is accurate. The minimum renter age is 25, and parties or events are not allowed. Local guests should contact us prior to booking to confirm eligibility.

Routine maintenance such as lawn care or snow plowing may occur during your stay, although we will do our best to minimize disruptions. Parking must be in designated spaces, smoking is prohibited on the premises, and weapons are strictly forbidden. Due to fire risk, charging electric vehicles on the property is not permitted. Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are also not allowed.

Understand that when staying in the countryside, encounters with wildlife may happen. Evenings can bring insects indoors, so take caution with open windows and doors. Black bears might be attracted by food smells, so refrain from leaving food unattended outside.

Due to emergency drought conditions, open fires, including fire pits, are currently restricted. However, you can still enjoy grilling on the BBQ. We appreciate your understanding and will inform you once the restrictions have been lifted.
