With a fresh perspective on modern living spaces, the living room, kitchen, and dining room all blend together into one large multi use space.The master bedroom sports 12 ft ceilings, and From the central living area, you can open the 9ft Cantina doors that can be fully opened to a 500 sqft deck with shade sails, a queen size daybed, dining area, and BBQ. Down the steps to the lower yard with Mexican Acapulco seating surrounding the gas fire pit. Then to the pride and joy of the property. The completely renovated and transformed 1957 retro fireball trailer with Spanish tile floor, custom queen sized walnut convertible sofa bed, wrap around office desk, computer monitor, and 60" awning window that fully opens to the yard. The perfect office space that gives just the right amount of separation from any distractions of the main house, to enhance productivity(Also a great secret nap zone. Up to you ;). Or convert the space into a spare room equipped with a queen size bed, heating, and air conditioning. Around the corner from the trailer, you'll find a winding pathway leading to a fully functioning outdoor shower with hot and cold water, as well as a privacy curtain and lighting. Summary: The owners really set up this place well. We found the bed and furniture comfortable, the kitchen well set up and the outside spaces beautifully landscaped. I had to drop a star for location just because it was a long hill down to the beach. Otherwise, we had a great time. Every interaction with the owner was a pleasure and they were super fast to respond to any questions.
