This gated private resort estate has it all; world renowned panoramic views of the Cascade Mountain range, COTA Trail System mountain biking/hiking, Mt Bachelor Ski Resort & golf courses, Bend breweries, Smith Rock climbing & Deschutes River rafting.

The home is beautifully decorated and filled with high end furniture, bedding and linens. Open-concept & fully-stocked entertainer's kitchen with high-end, stainless-steel appliances and large walk in pantry. Special amenities include high speed wifi, Dish Network TV & DVR, Netflix access, flat screen TVs (1 x 60 inch, 1 x 50 inch, 2 x 40 inch), gas fireplace with beautiful rock surround, large private patio complete with gas firepit (perfect for roasting smores), gas BBQ grill & private patio. The dining room seats 8 at the table, and has an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen island. Rooms collaborate well to accommodate family and friends. Home also has a 2 car garage.
Enjoy two bedrooms on the main floor. The luxurious main level master includes a five piece master bathroom .You will also enjoy another bedroom with queen bed located on the main level. Also on the main level you will enjoy a large mud room for all your gear and and a laundry room with new large capacity washer and dryer for your use.
Upstairs you will find three more comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom is a great bunk room with a set of custom made twin bed bunks and a set of full bed bunks that sleeps 4 easily. It is the perfect entertaining room with 55 inch TV and bean bag chairs. The final bedroom includes a twin day bed with twin trundle perfect for kids.

Brasada Ranch is a resort community located just twenty minutes from Bend and 15 min. from the Redmond Airport.
