Spacious enough to sleep 4 but perfect for a couple. High end bathroom with a gorgeous shower. A oversized gorgeous deck and a fenced in yard with BBQ pit and fireplace.
Unplug, unwind and take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the gentle rolling hills of Ozarks, you'll have a newly built modern cabin with the best views of 14 acres of well maintained property with plenty of wildlife visible right from the cabin.
Lounge in sun on the big deck or in the ööd house and watch the nature and wildlife like never before. Stargazing is a sight to behold from the deck on a perfect night. Plenty of wildlife on the property and in the right season you might catch glimpse of Bald Eagles as well.
You book the whole house - Pets are not allowed inside the actual Glasshouse(bedroom) and we request you board your pets on the first floor.
First Floor -
Bathroom - Modern bathroom with a big walk-in shower.
Kitchen - fully stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils and basic condiments
Living Room - Open concept living room. Very versatile for your needs and can be utilized as you see fit
Second Floor -
The Bedroom - The Glasshouse is setup as the actual bedroom on the second floor with 270 degrees of view and comfortable queen size bed and a cozy lounging chair
'The Deck' - You have to spend time on it to see the beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets - and one of the most incredible stargazing experience

This home is equipped with outdoor cameras. The cameras are strategically placed with your Privacy and safety as a priority
GUEST VETTING-VERIFICATION
We vet all our guests prior to stay - guests with no reviews will likely be denied. We use systems that verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.
CLEANING
We take cleaning seriously and make sure that each guest get a 'homely' experience and not a Hotel style Turnover. We follow Covid19 Cleaning Guidelines as well, so you rest easy and trust you'll have safe experience at our House!
HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are permitted on the property - but prohibited inside the Glasshouse bedroom. Pets have to be boarded on first floor
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). Especially if there are guests in the other cabin
- Enjoy the property safely and responsibly. It is a rural/remote area with plenty of wildlife around you - safety first.
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Pets - Your furry friends are welcome at the property. Pets should be boarded only on the first floor and are not permitted in second floor glasshouse Bedroom. Pets should be leashed when walking and pets are not allowed on beds and sofas.
Please be careful if you are planning to visit the bluffs on the property - you safety is our top priority and should be your top responsibility as well
River access - You can easily access the river for the public beach at Boiling Springs access which is down the street form the property- a very short drive
Walking down the hill to the river is NOT ADVISED. Caves are OFF-LIMIT and please do not touch or remove anything from the caves.
