The house has an exterior design that makes it unique and special, in the shape of a tower with natural stone and has more than 780 m2 of plot completely fenced for your safety. From the street, we access to the property through some stairs that lead us to a large outdoor area with barbecue, dining table and where we are welcomed by a large private oval-shaped swimming pool, with solarium around it. You will fall in love with this area of the house as it is surrounded by forest and has a slight sea view.
The house has a surface area of 140 m2 which is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a large living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the covered outdoor terrace with views to the swimming pool.
