Positive: Location was excellent,staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for you, garden area was superb .. and they now have trike to help with transfer with cases to and from San Francisco gate...we loved it in the garden and would stay again

Negative: No coffee or tea making facilities in our economy room ..but in fairness they offered a kettle but little space to use them we could just ask for tea and coffee though .. ac and fan noisy but overall a good stay but would opt for a better room.. .
