There is a lovely restaurant in walking distance from the farmhouse and 'Les Jardins SJ' is also home to a historic and picturesque village (Chateau Roussillon) and two first class vineyards. Plus, the beautiful city of Perpignan, with fabulous shopping, pavement cafes and historic sites is only a short bike ride or two minute car journey from the farmhouse. Throughout the year there are many festivals in the palm-tree lined city, while the old quarter is home to several multi-cultural food markets and full of fascinating Catalan architecture.
