Positive: The location of this hotel is amazing! It is only a 10-minute walk to the London Eye and many other major sights, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Additionally, the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room was big and spacy.

Negative: A few major issues during my stay: Poor Housekeeping Timing: I was promised a bed sheet change on Day 4, but room service didn't show up until 5:00 PM. At that point in the day, it was incredibly inconvenient and disruptive. Maintenance Issues: The bathroom sink was blocked, which made getting ready every day a hassle. Zero Amenities: They do not provide any toothpaste, toothbrushes, or standard toiletries. Worse, I was only given one single, small bar of soap to last for the entire 5-day stay.
