Mango Hill Villa 5 bedrooms - is a newly built villa which features a contemporary modern design while holding onto elements that are uniquely Jamaican. A beautiful gem located in the Silver Sands development, the villa property is lushly landscaped to keep some of its natural stone elements, boasts verandahs and patios for dining and relaxing, a beautiful long swimming pool, a natural limestone grotto, a Petanque /Bocce court, and beautiful views of the ocean along the property, including from the roof top terrace. It also includes a private one-bedroom cottage. Mango Hill is “green” conscious with rooftop solar panels and batteries to help power the house and maintain a positive environmental impact.

Bedroom Descriptions: Each bedroom has black out drapery and sheers for privacy and windows all have screens.
Primary Bedroom 1 located upstairs of split level-Primary Bedroom, King size bed, with built in desk and chair that acts as side table, ceiling fan, A.C., curtains on the French door that opens out on the patio that has ocean views. Standing mirror. The room has a long closet along one wall with shelves and hanging rods. There is a mini safe inside, suitcase rack and a blow dryer in the bathroom. The room has black out drapery and sheer curtains for privacy. There is an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, a partial glass enclosed shower and double sinks.
Primary Bedroom 2 is located on main floor - Has a king size bed (which can also be two double beds) and two bedside tables. The room has two (his and her) closets with shelves and hanging rods. It also has a mini safe box. The room comes with a ceiling fan and A.C. The bathroom has a soaking tub as well as a beautiful enclosed outdoor shower with landscaping. This room is wheelchair accessible.
Garden Bedroom 1 located on front garden level - King size bed, with garden view. It has a desk and chair that acts as side tables, ceiling fan, A.C., a good size closet with in-room safe box. The bathroom has a large single sink.
Garden Bedroom 2 -located on front garden level - King size bed (which can be made to two double beds), with garden view in front and side and opens to garden. The room has a ceiling fan, A.C., a bedside table. The bathroom has double sinks.
Living/Dining/Kitchen: The house living space is open concept- living/family and dining room.
The living and dining areas have glass windows which can be fully opened for great indoor/outdoor living as well as screened serpentine shutters. The living area has a large flat screened TV with cable service. There are assorted board games and playing cards for adults and youngsters. The large raw edged wooden dining table seats up to 10 persons with ceiling fans overhead and extends into the living area. There is a large round concrete table right outside kitchen, for breakfast.
The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances and accessories: including 2 refrigerators and gas stove with oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, a food processor, a kettle, a cooler. A coal barbecue grill is also available. The house is brand new and opening in 2022.
Pool deck and gardens: The pool deck and gardens have pool lounging chairs with accompanying side tables and Adirondack chairs. There is additional comfy seating on the main house and cottage verandas. The 65-foot swim pool (4 feet/5 feet depth) has pool markers on the sides of the pool, a lifesaver ring on the fence, two floaters, and ample pool/beach towels.
Roof deck: For late afternoon drinks or a romantic dinner: Try the roof-deck with sweeping views of the ocean.
Petanque court: We also have a Petanque (or bocce) court with balls for afternoon games. Ask the staff to teach you if you haven’t played yet!
THE MAIN HOUSE TAKES A MAXIMUM OF 8 PERSONS IN 4 BEDROOMS AND MAY BE RENTED WITH THE COTTAGE TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL 2 PERSONS - Maximum 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, double occupancy.
The Cottage: Cottage Primary Bedroom, has King size bed, with side tables, ceiling fan, A.C., curtains on the French door that opens out on the patio that has gorgeous ocean views. There is a walk in close within the ensuite bathroom, which has a soaking tub, a partial glass enclosed shower and double sinks—there is a mini safe inside, suitcase rack and a blow dryer. The room has black out drapery and sheer curtains for privacy.
The cottage has its own living area with couch and chair. This extends into a kitchenette with its own fridge and stove and island counter with sitting.
Silver Sands Amenities:
There is a tennis court/also marked for pickle ball within the Silver Sands property complex which the guests can use, the gate will be open. The guests need to bring their own rackets and balls. Silver Sands has its own private beach a few minutes’ walk from the Villa.
Nearby supermarkets: There is Hillside Enterprise in Duncan’s, 5-minute drive up the hill and Champion in Falmouth which is a 15-minute drive.

Holiday weeks need a minimum 7-night booking. Non holiday a minimum of 5-night booking.
Smoking outside in garden areas only, not inside villa.
No pets allowed.
Meals / beverages and transportation are additional. Prices do not include 10% tax and gratuity (10% in Holiday Season and 15% otherwise).
Primary 2 bedroom in the Main house and the Cottage primary are wheel-chair accessible – however some assistance will be needed to get onto property.

Golf
Available 45 minutes way towards Montego Bay. There are several wonderful courses: Cinnamon Hill, White Witch, Half Moon and others.
Glistening Waters
The luminous lagoon, about 30 minutes away is a great evening activity on a dark night, after sunset and before moonrise.
Rafting on the Martha Brea
This is a slow bamboo rafting experience. Enjoy nature along the river and be entertained by your raft captain.
Dunns River Falls
These beautiful Falls are located in Ocho Rios, an hour’s drive away. Do try to go on a day when the Falls are less crowded.
Green Grotto
Get caught up on a bit of history while enjoying an informative tour of our beautiful underground caves. About 45 minutes’ drive toward Ocho Rios.
