Summary: This hotel is a pair of historic residences that were joined together into a hotel in the 1960s. I have visited and/or picked up many friends at this residence and have had pleasant experiences doing so. I decided to book this property on the day of for an unexpected need. The staff was pleasant and the room was nice other than the AC not coming on very well or at all. I set the thermostat at 65 and I doubt the room ever cooled below 78 and the windows did not open. I would be willing to give this hotel another chance due to other pleasant experiences, but my most recent was a bit frustrating and disappointing.
